Pathmanathan Rama (Pady) - Principal Solicitor
Pady is qualified practicing solicitor and migration agent originally from UK. He holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Glamorgan, Wales and an MLP (Masters) from University of Western Sydney, Australia which he obtained in 2008. He has since gained extensive experience in the legal industry practising his skills in multinational companies in Malaysia before moving to Australia in 2005. In his Legal capacity he has acquired a broad range of experience in many areas of law, focusing on Criminal Law, Commercial & Civil Litigation and Migration appeal matters. He provides strategic advice to enable clients to make proactive decisions about issues. He is also act as a volunteer solicitor at the Redfern Legal Centre. Pady has personal interest on human rights issues. He concerns himself with assisting those who have had their constitutional rights violated.
Joy Jadeja - Solicitor
Joy graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2015 with a combined Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws. Since her admission to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court roll of practitioners, Joy has gained significant experience in a variety of legal practice areas including general litigation, criminal law, family law, conveyancing and estate matters. Prior to her admission, Joy worked in legal practices that had a focus on care and protection, criminal and family law. She has therefore developed a passion towards social justice and aims to provide her clients with the highest quality of legal care. Through her prior roles including as a volunteer for legal services in the Macarthur region, Joy has developed a keen interest in family law, property and probate, and aims to continue her studies in the future by undertaking a Master of Laws in these disciplines. She is also a Mentor under the NSW Law Society's Graduate Mentoring Program from 2017 onwards.
